Shipping, Returns & Exchanges.


We ship worldwide. 

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing time from when your order was placed.

Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping times/delays. It is out of our control once shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. If you receive your package and it is damaged or if your package is lost, please contact the shipping provider. We ship through Canada Post and UPS.

Returns & Exchanges:

Sale items and discounted/promotional items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. This includes in-store pick up orders.

We offer full refunds on items if a return is requested within 7 days of receiving the item. If it is an in-store pick up, 7 days of picking the item up. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged. Any items not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may not be eligible for a refund/exchange. 


We currently do not ship plants. We do offer local pick up and delivery in Victoria, BC.

For plants - we do not offer full refunds. Exchange or store credit only.

Please note that plants are living. A plant will go through a transitional phase once moved from one location to the next. Please treat plant with care when transporting it and make sure to give it a good water when it is in its home. 

As we cannot control the climate or location of where the plant will be living in your space. We are not responsible for dying plants after 7 days of purchasing or delivery.
